The House I am seeking one person to share my 4000 sq. ft. Italian-villa style hilltop home on 40 private acres. Spacious, sunny rooms with high ceilings throughout. House includes a separate dining room, home theater, and great room. Stunning views from every window. Large pool and spa. The Location Near Highway 49 and Tyler Foote Road, between Nevada City and North San Juan. The last mile to the house is on gravel roads. 25 minutes to Nevada City and Grass Valley.

The Rooms

Each room is a spacious 232 sq. ft., plus closet, and is optionally furnished. The two rooms share one bath, and they are in a wing separate from the owner’s bedroom. If you rent both rooms you have a private bath. If not, bath is shared with the occasional guest. Both rooms are on the second floor and have views of the Sierra Buttes or the coast range.

Living arrangements

Shared use of common areas including laundry, home theater with Dish Network, and pool. Shared kitchen. Off-street parking. Fenced garden area available. No smoking, no drugs. Cat or dog negotiable. You share the house with a male couple and a cat. One of us works from home. Nudity is permitted anywhere on the property.

The Terms

Each room is $725 per month. Includes all utilities except your telephone. Broadband internet and WiFi included. Satellite TV negotiable. $725 deposit. Discount available if you want both rooms (use one as an office). If you use the spa in winter, there is a $20 charge for propane each time you heat it.
